Matildas Mat – Ice cream with crushed chocolate and dulce de leche

Can you eat ice cream in any weather? JAAA think we, ice cream is good for eating only the hot days of the year, you have to eat ice cream even the gruesome and cold days. However, not everyone likes it. Something I learned over the years I lived in Italy was that you can not eat ice cream when it's cold outside, when one becomes dålig stomach…!!! Someone noticed it??? The worst thing is certain if you eat ice cream, then go out and get cold air in the stomach, or if it pulls on the stomach, then it may even run into so badly that you can not go to work the day after, but must spend the day on the toilet… Has this happened to any of you? Maybe I have a steel stomach but I've never known of it even though I eat ice cream all year round. And I will not stop, never, Ever!!

So even though summer is over, we want to share with you a recipe that talented Matildas mat cobbled together with our Dulce de Leche. She has used Dulce de Leche Classic in its Ice cream with crushed chocolate and dulce de leche! Mmmmmm, spring and buy fat milk, eggs, vanilla bean and get started, this ice cream would you really do not miss! And keep your fingers crossed that your stomach does not collapse…

Ingredients

  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2,5 cup whole milk
  • 2 Each egg
  • 1,25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 dl Pampas Dulce de leche Delis Classic
  • 5-6 squares of dark chocolate

Dela vaniljstången och skrapa ur fröna med en sked.

Add the seeds and the rod in a saucepan along with the milk and simmer the mixture a couple of my. Drag åt sidan.
Vispa ägg och socker pösigt och tillsätt den varma mjölken under omrörning.

Heat the mixture until it begins to thicken but make sure it does not burn at the bottom, detta går väldigt snabbt.
Allow the mixture to cool, preferably in a refrigerator, och rör därefter i grädden och tag ur vaniljstången.
Riv chokladen fint med rivjärn.

Start ice cream maker and then pour in the mixture and allow to run for approximately 40 min tills glassen börjar bli fast.
Häll ner den rivna chokladen och låt den blandas samman ordentligt.

Spoon the ice cream in an old glass packages or Tuper were and fold into dulce de leche sauce, ät direkt eller låt vila i frysen några timmar.
If you want to make delicious cones with glittery border, just pour the sprinkles into a bowl, smälta choklad i ett vattenbad och doppa strutens kant i chokladen.
Låt chokladen rinna av något och rulla sedan den chokladdoppade struten i strösslet.
