Little Desserts Philadelphia – Dulce de leche glass

In Skåne summer has, and we hope that it is here to stay. The pressure of the ice cream is high, both at our house, of our glass producing customers and at our blog friends. Later today we delivered a load with Dulce de Leche Ice Cream to Gelatiamo the Malmö, next week we take the opportunity to deliver and eat ice cream at Ölands Choklad and earlier this week was a big load across the strait to Manolo Is. As you have seen, we have already had several ice cream recipes here, some that we composed together themselves but they most have our dear blogging friends have developed. Jennifer wants sinpirera with their recipes, tips and tricks and she does it really. She has composed together an amazing ice cream with our Dulce de leche cream-making, namely Dulce de leche Philadelphia-glass. Dulce de leche glass

Ingredients

  • 300 g philadelphiaost
  • 2 Each egg
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 dl Dulce de leche Ice Cream

Cream the cheese with the sugar and vanilla powder. Add eggs, ett i taget under vispning.

Tillsätt sedan grädden och vispa upp ordentligt till en fluffig smet.

Vispa sedan ned Dulce de lechen och häll över smeten i en glassmaskin.

I use the ice cream machine c3 Gelato and run the ice cream in about 15 – 20 minuter innan jag ställer in den i frysen.

It is also possible to freeze the batter at once, unless you have access to an ice cream machine.

Dulce de leche ice cream with cream cheese!

Whisk together the cheese, sugar and vanilla powder. Add the eggs, one at a time while whisking.

Add the cream and whip till a fluffy batter.

Add the Dulce de Leche and pour over the batter in an ice cream machine.

I use the ice cream machine c3 Gelato and ran the ice cream for about 15 – 20 minutes before I froze it.

If you don’t have an ice cream machine it is also possible to freeze the batter at once.
