Snickersglass med dulce de leceh

To 6 pinnglassar

  • 100 grams of milk chocolate, melted

Snickers Ice Cream – 6 peg ice creams

  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml peanut butter
  • 1 pinch salt flakes
  • 100 Pampas deli ml caramel ice cream
  • 125 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • + Some more ddI to ripple
  • 100 grams of melted milk chocolate
  • 50 ml salted peanuts, finely chopped

Heat the milk and peanut butter and stir until peanut butter is melted. Leave it cool. Add the the cream and a pinch of salt flakes.

mix the mascarpone and the Dulce de Leche. Pour in cream mixture and mix until smooth.

Fill up the ice cream molds to half of each and drizzle in some more dulce de leche, fill up with ice cream mix till and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove the mold from the freezer and insert a stick in each of the ice creams, eg a small teaspoons.

Dip the molds briefly in hot water to make it easier to remove the ice creams.

Dip each ice cream first in the melted chocolate and then in the chopped peanuts.

Then it’s just to eat and enjoy a lot. Do I get a last MMMMmmmm on it … mmmmmmm!
